We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chinese Name Generator experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for our subscription plans and digital products.

Monthly Subscription Plans

If you are not satisfied with your monthly subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible:

After 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Yearly Subscription Plans

For yearly subscriptions, we offer a 30-day prorated refund. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining months of your annual term, calculated from the date of cancellation.

Prorated refund amounts are calculated as:

(Remaining Days / 365) × Annual Subscription Price

Refunds for yearly plans are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Instant PDF Reports (Ba Zi Analysis)

Instant PDF reports generated by our Ba Zi analysis tool are non-refundable. These digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Quality Disputes: We understand that errors may occasionally occur. If you believe your PDF report contains a material error or was generated incorrectly due to a technical fault on our side, please contact us at support@hanzilab.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case individually and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Requests made beyond 7 days will not be considered.

Lifetime Plan Purchases

Lifetime plan purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email support@hanzilab.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include your account name and order number (found in your account billing history).
  3. State the reason for your refund request.

We will process your request within 5–10 business days and notify you via email once the refund has been issued. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Refund requests that we determine, at our sole discretion, are abusive or fraudulent may be denied. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect patterns of repeated purchasing and refunding.
